Tervis offers a variety of decoration options. All are heat sealed within the double wall construction of the tumbler.
Embroidery: This is the most popular choice. The classic look for a Tervis Tumbler. Includes a 2.5" embroidered patch with up to 7 thread colors. Longer production times are required. Simpler artwork is recommended with embroidery, which will not handle small details well.
Enhanced Embroidery: A great option when you want something that looks embroidered, but requires finer detail than what embroidery can handle. Your imprint will be printed in full color using dye sublimation onto a 2.5" embroidered patch.
Wrap Insert: Printed on clear material for incredible, glass-like clarity. Offers a large imprint and beautiful full color graphics. You do not need to select a second imprint location with a wrap as the wrap allows for full coverage of graphics.
Exact color matches are not guaranteed. Production times will vary depending on decoration option chosen (embroidery takes longer than wrap inserts to produce), as well as current Tervis workload. Production dates are not guaranteed.

Once we receive an order, we evaluate delivery options. Typically we ship by UPS or FedEx Ground, but if a more economical method is available, we reserve the right to use the best carrier available. For instance, if your order is large and heavy, it may be more economical to ship with a truck line or UPS Freight. If expedited shipping is required, you will have the opportunity to approve all charges before you order goes into production.
We do not ship by USPS.

Once we check through the details of your order, we will prepare an art proof for your approval. The art proof and an order summary will be emailed to you. Once approved, your order will proceed to production. Your payment will not be processed until we receive your approval for production.
After your order has been produced and shipped, we will email you the tracking number of your order.

If you would like to pay for your order with your PayPal account, we can do that as well. Want to pay by check? Easy enough.
